What I learned during 4 days of Women Fat Loss conducted by Australia Strength Performance.

4. Nutrition Nutrition Nutrition (my favorite)

I've absorb the knowledge that I have gain and apply it to my client to improve my skills from a good personal trainer to a great personal trainer. Looking forward to learn more during the Level 1 Hypertrophy course
