Thank you so much ‪#‎rtm2‬ for inviting me to HALO on 2. It was a short interview but I deliver what most needs to hear. For those who missed, here was what we discuss

1. Resistance training is beneficial for us because it help to strengthen our bone, joint, build lean muscle and increase calorie burning at rest.

2. Everyone should apply resistance training even for woman. Don't be afraid of resistance training because it won't make you bulky/ masculine as woman doesn't have much testosterone hormone.

3. @khairykj stated that we should be a sporting nation to fight obesity. I would like to add proper nutrition is a must because we became the fattest country in Asian due to bad nutrition not because we don't exercise.

3. Types of resistance training :
- body weight. (Beginner)
- resistance band (elderly/ rehab)
- weights/ machines training (athletes or advance)
