born with endomorph genetics, which means put on muscle and fat mass easily. but having a slow
metabolism is not fun at all. when come to competition i always struggle to lose bodyfat.
previously 2013 mr kl i was doing tons of cardio. day and night 1hour low intensity cardio
and eating also zero carbs. i always thought zero carbs is the only way for me to lose bodyfat
but no. this time i follow my coach which is kamarul izzwan . he teach me a lot about nutrition
and also why we should eat a balance diet. DO NOT AVOID CARBS OR EVEN GO TOO LOW FAT INTAKE. first day of trying kamarul diet i feel so good. i get better sleep and better result, week by week by drop my bodyfat and preserve those hard earn muscle.

Achievement:
i defend my junior title, i got mr kl junior champ above 70kg and also suprisingly i won the senior
category as well which is 75-80kg light middle weight.
